About Your Coach

Coach Katie here- I'm a women's holistic strength coach, licensed massage therapist, prenatal + postpartum exercise specialist and birth doula! As lifelong dancer and former nationally ranked strongman competitor- I know what being in chronic pain can feel like. I believe as mothers, we can intuitively check in with our bodies and connect with ourselves through breath and movement. I am not teaching moms how to "bounce back." My mission is to empower women in their pregnancy and postpartum journeys to feel INCREDIBLE - even through the stages of body transformation during and after pregnancy.

It is important to note that pain is multi-faceted and there is not one exercise that will "fix" it all. However, if you become proficient in the basics- you will be on your way to feeling your best in no time. Take Sarah's experience for example...
